Double gantry bridge with reinforced front in stable and air-cooled steel frame construction. These machines are universally applicable for all thermal cutting processes and process materials up to 600 mm thick.
The running-track track consists of heavy mechanically machined S49 rails which are mounted on a HEB 300 girder foundation. Two mass-optimized carriages are moved with pinpoint accuracy by a double-sided digital longitudinal drive.
Depending on the configuration and requirements, the transverse guidance is provided by hardened round rod guides or linear guides.
The transverse drive is by means of a wear-free toothed belt which is driven by a three-phase synchronous motor with high-precision planetary gearing. Depending on the application, the cutting units can also be individually controlled via rack and pinion.
The design results in excellent running properties, which are reflected in a superior cutting quality.
