Gantry machine
SATRONIK C
Stability, precision and flexibility in a revolutionary machine design
The sturdy, torsion-resistant and air-cooled structure in the half-timbered construction of the C ensures the necessary rigidity and thus excellent stability. Heat dissipation plates under the boom ensure additional protection. The welded carriage moves on four guide shoes with central lubrication on a double linear longitudinal guide system and is driven by helical toothed pinions and racks.

Your benefit
Quality

Medium Duty Machine
SATRONIK DHD / DHD-S
The DHD & DHD-S machine concept is associated with high cost-effectiveness, great flexibility and robustness.
Double gantry bridge with reinforced front in a stable and air-cooled steel frame construction. The machine can be used universally for all thermal cutting processes and processes materials up to 600 mm thick. The DHD-S version also has a high-precision linear guide system for corresponding torches and tools.

The robust steel frame construction and the air-cooled double portal bridge provide the necessary rigidity and thus excellent stability. The track of the two machines consists of heavy machined S49 railroad tracks, e.g. be placed on a HE 300 B support foundation.
Two mass-optimized carriages are precisely moved by a double-sided digital longitudinal drive. The transverse guidance takes place via round rod guides and a wear-free toothed belt with the help of three-phase synchronous motors and high-precision planetary gears. The result of the design is excellent running properties, which are reflected in a convincing cut quality.

Heavy Duty Series
SATRONIK HD / HD-S
The SATRONIK Heavy Duty Series combines high efficiency with robustness for universal use with large working widths
Double gantry bridge with reinforced front in a stable and air-cooled steel frame construction. The machine can be used universally for all thermal cutting processes and processes materials up to 600 mm thick. The DHD-S version also has a high-precision linear guide system for corresponding torches and tools.

The career of the SATRONIK_DHD consists of heavy mechanically machined S49 railroad tracks, which e.g. be placed on a HEB 300 foundation. Two mass-optimized carriages are precisely moved by a double-sided digital longitudinal drive.
The transverse guidance takes place via round rod guides and a wear-free toothed belt with the help of three-phase synchronous motors and high-precision planetary gears.
In the DHD-S version, the cross carriages are equipped with individual drives, which are positioned on the machine bridge with high precision using racks. This enables even the most complex program sequences and is a very interesting option, especially for fully automated systems.
The result of the design is excellent running properties, which are reflected in a convincing cut quality.

Extra Heavy Duty Series
SATRONIK EHD
Stability, precision and flexibility even for extreme challenges
The SATRONIK EHD is a CNC-controlled machine concept of extremes. It combines high efficiency, great flexibility and robustness as well as the largest working widths. It is an extra heavy duty portal cutting machine for special challenges such as exceptional thermal cutting processes.

With its special heavy-duty cutting equipment, our EHD effortlessly cuts material thicknesses of up to 2 m, even if hot or glowing workpieces are involved. All oxyacetylene cutting processes, chamfering units, plasma applications and marking processes can be covered with the EHD. It is available in cutting widths between 5 and 20 m. Cutting lengths can be selected in increments of 2.0 m.
The excellent reliability is achieved through the robust steel frame construction and the air- or water-cooled double portal bridge. This ensures the necessary rigidity – even with the largest spans and working widths of up to 20 m. Excellent running properties result from two torsionally rigid carriages, which are moved precisely by a form-fitting, double-sided longitudinal drive using three-phase synchronous motors and magnetic couplings.
